MAD Marketing Team would like to welcome you to the PARTNERS IN FUNDRAISING information page. Every calendar quarter since its inception, MAD Marketing Team has provided a grant program to qualified non-profits in the Central Virginia area. The program is designed to provide local grant assistance to area non-profits seeking to improve education, awareness and fundraising. The grant, if used to the fullest extent, holds a value of $1,700 in advertising and marketing support services. Specific information on the grant is available through the Center for Non-Profit Excellence (CNE) and can be applied for through their grant application process. The CNE is not involved in any way with the selection, but helps make the grant possible by providing grant application consolidation services, fielding basic questions about the grant and providing a seamless grant application process.
It is our hope that this grant will continue to grow in 2011 to include new media partners and we look forward to working with new and existing non-profit partners in an effort to help reach their goals. We have attached announcement for the winners of all grants to date and will continue to provide this as a service to the communities in which we live and work. We are hoping to have the announcement of our 4Q2010 winner and a link available to our 1Q2011 grant application process available by late February 2011.
July 2010: Thanks to the Center for Non-Profit Excellence for helping us manage our grant program. As our first grant award, it was a very tough selection, but the winner was Computers4Kids. The request was very specific on how it would be used and we’re really looking forward to working with them. Thank you to everyone who showed an interest and I’d like to invite those who did not win to resubmit for the 3Q2010 grant through the Center for Non-Profit Excellence and encourage those that did not to do so. As our first year in the program, I’d also like to thank C-ville Weekly for helping to make this grant possible in 2010.
Graphic Design provided for Computers4Kids: September 2010 Recruitment: 1/4 Page Color Ad in the Cville Weekly
October 2010: As only our second grant award, it was even tougher than the first selection, but the winner was Foothills Child Advocacy Center. The request was very specific on how it would be used and we’re really looking forward to working with them. Thank you to everyone who showed an interest and I’d like to invite those who did not win to resubmit for the 4Q2010 grant through the Center for Non-Profit Excellence prior to October 31, 2010 and encourage those that did not to do so. As our first year in the program, I’d also like to thank C-ville Weekly for helping to make this grant possible in 2010.
